If you really feel this way, why have you made videos before endorsing certain producers of “organic” meat? Am I going to get an answer this time?

    1. healthwatchman

Because people are not ready to stop eating meat so as a health watchman I want to help people get the least harmful meat.

I love and beleive in your message paul! raw is the way to go, and like a great quote i once read:: “Animals are my freinds, and i don’t eat my freinds” p.s. i think you’ll attract many many more veiwers if you ease up on the Bible analogies? (just me thinking out loud paul) keep up the great work!! Duke!

Yes. Some people take steps. This for that.. Until you are able and ready to go all vegan, and from their most go towards a more raw vegan. It’s also better for your body as well. :D

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on animals and God’s will for them. I find that changing my habits of 47 years is a true battle with demons. I pray that we all get back to God’s ways in all aspects of our lives.

    Dear Paul!

Thank you for all your great videos. I really appreciate the work you do.
May I ask you something? You eat fresh, healthy vegan raw food (most of it probably from the local environment) but you still feel that you need to take supplements as well. Why? Is this really the only way to be a raw vegan?
Thank you very much for your answer!
All the best to you and your lovely girls!

    Regards,
    Karla

Hi Karla, Supplements are important no matter what diet people are on because the poor quality of food today. I can be done with out but it ensures you get all you need. Also keep in mind the supplements I talk about are whole foods in a supplement form.

thx for this paul. i on dialysis, pressured by medical people to eat meat, ran into health guy at healtstore he suggested i eat meat and dairy if i want real health, so i stopped being vegan and ate meat. Mistake!! due to this vid, i back, vegan, struggling to be raw. being raw and on dialysis is very tricky. i need help. bless you paul.

our health is always conected to health of our food, Paul is right most factory farmed vegatables are just as sick the concentration camp animals.also all of the grains i cant even consider it food. i think our health just reflects how we have been bad stewards of our land and animals. it is very encouraging for me to see Paul and many others who have started growing thier own food.

You say that the Bible says it is ok to eat some animals, but that doesn’t mean we should do it or something similar to that. It is important to elaborate on this, don’t you think? You want to be known as a Bible teacher and you want to be teaching healthy eating from a biblical point of view – is it not really important to make clear from a biblical point of view – if you think there is one – why we should not eat any animals ( ideally, according to you)?

Thank you. I made a follow up video> Did you see it.

I agree with you, Paul, and I’m glad you’re brave enough to keep spreading the vegan message. I’ve been vegan for 22 years. I find it hard to tell people what I really think about what humans are supposed to be eating, surrounded by omnivores everywhere I look (except for my husband and 3 young children). I keep hearing people say it doesn’t matter what you eat as long as you bless your food first it will be healthy for you, or you have to follow the blood type diet–so some of us are not meant to be vegan, or we have to eat raw dairy and raw meat products to be truly healthy, etc. etc. etc. blah blah blah. Sorry folks, but hasn’t it been scientifically proven over and over again that the human body is designed to be vegan??? anyway, thanks Paul! Keep up the good work.

Not eating animal products has been a piece of cake for me…I still battle a little with eating some veg soups, or chips n salsa. I will knock them out one day. I did the Master Cleanse for 42 days, I must have some will power in me.

People look at me like I have a third eye when I beat myself up over eating some vegetable soup. LOL

    Hi Paul
Well, I started of 9 years ago eating raw because I had arthiritis and had lots of pain. If I think back I never really thought that it was bad to eat animals………..just wasn’t thinking I guess.
But now I will never, ever eat animal products again. I feel great and full of energy and sooo happy.
I am very excited about you also loving the Lord and wanting to follow Him together with eating healthy.
    Thank you for your videos.

    Nice video, thanks

    Hi Paul,
Please keep putting this message out there. We’re not all in the same place with our diets and our journeys towards better health, so I’m happy that you take other people’s views and situations into consideration.
While I’m not 100% raw or 100% vegan, I’m there about 80 or 90% of the time, which is a huge improvement over where I was a couple years ago. I think not meeting people where they currently are would push many people away and do them a dis-service.

    Hi Paul,

thanks for sending me the video Go Vegan, Go Raw Vegan. You have helped me in deciding to be a vegetarian in fact a raw vegan. you have inspired me in so many ways. Its great that your telling people to wake up about factory farming, its so cruel.

I read that spirulina, e 3 live and other algaes are toxic. What do you think?

The fact that you talk about options for people that don’t want to stop eating animal foods and that if they want to eat animal foods to buy organic grass fed not to support the factory farming.

Of course there is beyond organics there are alternatives. I like it how you don’t judge your family even though they eat animal foods but you guide them on selecting clean organic grass fed animal foods.

The vegetarian diet is ideal. you also mention that raw grass fed goats milk or kefir and raw fresh pastured eggs or raw honey is beneficial and healthy for now i will experiment like your self on being raw vegan. I will take your advice on taking vitamin b12 .

If i need to include clean animal foods i will consider raw goats kefir, raw honey or raw fresh eggs. I have made the decision to stop eating animal foods since i started watching your videos. I have also watched earthlings and Peta videos on how animals are treated today and i cried.

I also stopped eating fish because dolphins are being caught in nets. The bible talks about respecting animals and showing compassion. Today’s factory farming is not what god intended for animals to be treated.

    Thanks and kind regards

    Hi Paul,

I have just seen the documentary meat the truth. It talks about live stock farming and factory farming and how it is number one cause of global green house gasses. It contributes ot 18% of global warming and animals and meat produce methane gases. They cut the rain forest trees and plant soy to feed animals, its not good for the people, planet or animals. it exposes factory farming and how it entails animal suffering. what do you think of global warming and eating animal foods? factory farms were grinding up cows and feeding it to cows. Algore didn’t mention that animals from live stock farming and factory farming causes green house gasses.

    kind regards

    Blessings to you, Paul,
Do you have any specific facts to disproove “eating for your blood type”? Ex.) If one is a blood type 0, supposedly cannot reach maximum poetential w/o including some meat in diet. But also, if same person has arthritis, supposedly animal eating
CAUSES arthritis….. your thoughts on this please? This female over 50 person cannot sustain being only raw for any length of time….body gets out of wack and affects sleep, digestive and kidney function and emotional imbalances as well…. thus…. always has to resort going back to including animal in diet. Have you heard of
any type O’s whose bodies just can’t seem to thrive w/o some animal protein like mine? Welcome any and all suggestions, please.

    1. healthwatchman

I don’t approve or disapprove but I don’t think it is 100% correct. I think if done correctly we don’t need meat in our diet. I blood doesn’t have anything to do with it.

Hi Paul, Thanks for the video you posted me. I just wanted to ask you if you eat celtic salt or himalayan and is it necessary to add unrefined celtic salt in someones diet. Brian clement thinks it isnt necessary, other raw fooders think we need it. is it better to just eat seavegetables and avoid celtic and himalayan salt. Doctor leneard recomends 1 tsp celtic salt in water. im confused do we need celtic salt for minerals or should we avoid it. John fielder thinks we dont need it just like brian clement, but stanley bass doesnt use celtic saltl. Do you use it and should people use celtic salt

    Thanks and kind regards

    1. healthwatchman

Add some celtic or himalayan salt for taste but it is not necessary and don’t overdo it.

    Hi Paul,

I just watched your video exercise and fitness and i found it very interesting especially when he quoted Corinthians what paul says about exercise. I want to know do we need to go to the gym or is it ok to do outdoor sports and work out with dumbbells for our bones. i don’t like the treadmill i prefer to walk or hike. jordan rubin recomends pilates to strenthen your core.

    Thanks and kind regards

    Hi Paul,

I forgot to ask you can a christian do yoga.

    Thanks and kind regards

    Zoe

    1. healthwatchman

      IT’s kind of an oxymoron

      1. Zoe

What do you mean by that should christians stay away from yoga, just do pilates.

        1. healthwatchman

Zoe, Yoga and Christianity are oxymorons

    Hi Paul,

I would like to know what kind of exercise is the best? Brian Clements says we should do weight resistance or lift weights. do you recommend a person to join a gym or can we strenghten our bones with pilates exersises. is it enough to do push ups or do we need to work out with weights to prevent osteoporosis and strengthen our bones. can pilates strengthen our bones or do we need to do weight resistance and do you go to the gym or do you lift weights.

    thanks and kind regards

    1. healthwatchman

I zoe, all exercise is great. I love rebounding the most.
