Most people do not eat a raw food diet as plain and simple as I do, but it’s really not that hard to do.

Great video Paul. I am reading your book Health According to the Scriptures by the way. I am really enjoying it. The reason for my response though is that I just returned from the market and while eating lunch myself, I found your video for today. My lunch was ripe organic bananas wrapped with organic green tip lettuce. Not as strong as kale but I am still new at this.
Thanks for all your information!

Yummy. I been eating tomato, cucumber, avocado, romaine, brocoli and carrot salad with balsamic vinegar on it. It is very satisfying.

In my store it’s $3.95 for ONE STAR FRUIT!!! I have never gardened in my life, I would like to get 2 raised gardening beds and grow some kale, and collard greens, some carrots, green beans, tomatoes, and more kale
But I am afraid to spend all that money and then it all fails and I don’t get anything.
I have tried kale chips and they are okay…i like raw better…I massage the kale a little with sea salt, and that tenderizes the kale some and easier to eat…
We just bought a blend tech (aahh) very pricey, and we are trying to get use to using it. I am going to try to eat 2 raw meals a day, and then dinner with my family…
I do feel better when I eat raw….though I did fail today at lunch time and gave into a craving..and not a good one. Oh well, forget about it and move on right? thanks for putting videos out on what YOU eat Paul, it does help me out that I don’t have to make gourmet raw meals and just grab and go…though I wish I had my own chef…I would love to have them fix me up some of those dishes I see in raw recipe books…I have made stuff, put money, time and effort in to it only to throw it out because it tasted nasty….I hate wasting money like that AND food!

What do you think of rice paper? You know the type the oriental use to make wraps? For a change of pace I’ve been “wrapping” my raw veggies in rice paper and adding a homemade peanut sauce I made up. Is the rice paper bad?

HI paul,
I loved the video, I’m understanding raw food much better now. your lunched looked very appetizing. iIlove eating tomato, olives, avocado, and lots of green vegetables and wild weeds. I want to buy your day light diet is it available on your website. I’m from Sydney Australia you said you will contact a lady that sells the daylight diet and let me know. I like how you keep it simple. Also do you recommend eating spirulina, e3 live and other algaes i read that there toxic.
Thanks and kind regards
Zoe

Thanks for sharing, Paul. Please tell your friend that Victoria Boutenko knows of several raw foodists who have had quadruple bypasses from eating too much raw food fat! He needs to be careful with those wonderful avacados!
Also, there is a Chinese doctor that teaches people to blend up avocado pits to add to salad dressings (they are a little bitter but not bad) because he says it is the fastest way to clean your arteries!

Connie, Victoria knows rawfoodists who had heart bypass because of healthy fats? I would like to know more about this please. How could avacados possibly build up in one’s arteries, unless maybe they were eating non-organic sprayed avacados. I do know that coconut meat is very bad for the heart. I am not sure about coconut milk, but I don’t trust coconut at all. I never use baby coconuts in my raw food, not even in my cocao recipies, just don’t trust coconut. Pete

THYROID. Paul, my family is replete with thyroid issues and it seems to get worse with each generation. My daughter realizes that many of her health challenges as well as the rest of us spring out of poorly functioning thyroids. Besides eating raw foods, there must be ways to heal thyroids besides using pork and bovine ground up pancreases!

yes it is a shame connie that there is port in the medicine. There is a natural way for everything to heal. We just have to keep searching and find what is best for us.
