There is an advertising campaign for the Dos Equis brand of beer that is very popular and uses the term The Most Interesting Man In The World. I would stay the guest in this video is truly the most interesting man in the world. Actor Joel Brody. Joel has been eating a raw food diet for many years, vegetarian for over 40 years. I agree with what he is saying. As far as the flat belly goes…after two kids and a severe form of spondylothesis…that may never happen. But, kudos to the people who can do it.

fabulous …thank you..I am honored to be one of Joel’s friends,first thru music and opera,then thru diet…he is scrupulously honest and believable..he lives it and inspires all around him to live it, as well..

Wonderful video! An inspiration as always. When you get to the Chicago area, you have a place to stay in my humble home. It’s just my daughter and I and our collie and poodle. We love to have company. Blessings…..and have a wonderful time in Rome. My ancestors come from Abruzzi, Italy and also Montevago, Sicily.

Colin M : Paul, I recently adopted the daylight diet and have eaten a vegetarian lifestyle for almost a month now, but eventually want to go raw. My family eats later at night, usually around 7pm and I told them what I am doing and that I am on the daylight diet, and my parents think I'm crazy, and need to see a psychiatrist, but I have explained to them that the daylight diet has been working for me and I feel good about it. If something is working, why change it? How would you address the situation?
