I do not wear make-up and I am quiting the dying of my hair now! Baby steps all the time! Most suncreens are very toxic also! I use only naturals ones of these and I am eliminating nail polish- I find buffing give nails a natural shne! I do the dry skin brushing before bathing - but now i will do it more- at night too! I quit overeating. Two reasons. I believe that my nutritional needs were satifsifed so I wasn't remotly interested in "gorging" myself. I thnk I was literally starving on processed food. Second...it is the "junk" food that seems to have a strange..."stuff your face" hold over a person. It's like you can't get enough! I'm determined not to ever visit a traditional doctor if I'm not feeling well --- However, I am many times guilty of choosing a lipstick by the color and effect I want and paying no attention to the ingredients in it. Over the past few years, I am doing better and have switched to make-ups that are made holistically. I have been in show business all of my life and lots of make-up was just something that went along with that choice. Also, my mother wore bright red lipstick and as a child, I thought she looked beautiful. So, even today at 62 years old, if it ain't bright red, it ain't lipstick. I know I don't need it. Even my wonderful chiropractor will see to me, I'm putting you on xyz supplement, with no explanation and with the presumption of I think he knows best what I need. I say to him I rarely do supplements and on my limited income I limit it to algae and b12 since I am mostly raw vegan. Last month he put me on a supplement and I found myself dumb and mute, accepting something for $39 which I knew nothing about the value of. After asking him to explain, I did not understand the explanation, but the hypnosis even got ME, a 30 year raw fooder, sprouter, juicer, etc. This hypnosis prevails because we have invested them with authority that they have the pomposity to act from. I wake up more each day and thanks to you, I guestion almost everything ... however, he got me there I was sleeping. But the second supplement I was ready for and just refused. I truly believe as you say with food, exercise and good sleep, my body knows what to do. Thank you for your courage and for following your heart. Abba Yahweh gave the apostles to teach us not to love the things of this world for a reason. for he foresees everything. if he didnt allow his people in the old testament to keep any of the spoils from the defeated enemy, why would he want us to wear hair sacrifized to hindu idols, and wear makeup with chemicals made out of swine flesh on our skin? when we are not even supposed to touch it? anyways great video. thank you, ive been juicing, and i will get the skin brush lol.
